By presenting the invoice or order email, it is always possible to return and exchange unused goods with us.

The receipt for sending your products should be saved as proof of this.
In order to handle your return as quickly as possible, please complete the return form. The form can be filled out directly on your computer. When the form has been filled in, you can save it on your computer and either print it and enclose it in the return package or send it to kundeservice@retroshirts.dk.
Once we have received the products and assessed that they meet the conditions for return, we will pay the refund to you on the account you used during the purchase.
Cancellation period:
As a consumer (a private person and not buying products on behalf of a trader) you are entitled to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after you have received the products. In the case of split deliveries, your right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receipt of the last delivery. After receiving your products, you have 14 days to make it known that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you can do this by contacting customer service. You then have a further 14 days to return your products.
Conditions for returns:
The right of withdrawal can only be used if the products are returned in essentially the same condition and in the same original packaging as when received. The right to cancel expires if you use the products in a way that reduces the sale value of the goods.
When returning defective products, where the fault in the product is due to incorrect handling on the part of the customer, any reduction in value will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Shipping costs for returns:
When returning products to Retroshirts.dk, the shipping costs are paid by us.
We always take thorough pictures of our jerseys, and all faults and defects can be found in the gallery on the individual products.
10/10 – The jersey is unused and still with original supplier and price tags.
9/10 – The jersey is almost like new, but may have quite a few signs of use/wear.
8/10 – The jersey may have small bubbles and pulls. Older printed jerseys may have light wear or be dusty.
7/10 – The jersey may have larger bubbles and/or pulls. In addition, there may be wear on the print, a minor stain.
6/10 The jersey may have larger stains and/or more bubbles and pulls. Pressure can have major or minor damage such as nicks/cracks.
5/10 Print may be cracked and defective, or with cracks and other damage. In addition, the jersey may have smaller holes and/or larger stains, as well as more bubbles and pulls
We do not sell jerseys in worse condition than 5/10, which is why these are not described.
