These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on Retroshirts.dk.

    1. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

    When you place your order via our website, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation to your e-mail. Once you have received an order confirmation, a binding agreement has been entered into. When we ship the item from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with further information about the expected delivery time and date of delivery.

    1. PAYMENT

    Retroshirts.dk ApS accepts the following means of payment:

    • MasterCard
    • We saw
    • Dankort
    • PayPal
    • MobilePay
    • Gift card

    The amount for the goods is only deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched. In connection with partial delivery, only the amount corresponding to the actual delivery is deducted.

    1. DELIVERY

    We offer delivery to worldwide addresses.

    Our delivery time is [1-3 working days] after your order has been received. Delivery times outside Denmark's borders appear when choosing a delivery method. However, longer delivery times may occur for special product groups. Orders containing made-to-order items will generally have a longer delivery time. You can see the expected delivery time under the item in question on our website.

    We offer the following delivery methods: Delivery with PostNord, GLS and DATO to parcel shops and private addresses.

    We offer free delivery on purchases over DKK 250.

    Delivery within EU: 10-12 workdays
    Delivery outside of EU: 10-20 workays

    1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

    If you have purchased several items, you can choose to cancel only part of the delivery.

    The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

    • Have received your item or the person you have chosen has received it.
    • Takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

    If you have ordered several items from us, and the items are not delivered at the same time, your cancellation period only runs from the receipt of the last item in the order.

    If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, the period is extended to the following weekday.

    Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

    Not all items can be canceled and returned. The following product categories are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

    • Gift cards both physical and digital.

    What do I do if I want to regret it?
    If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the cancellation period expires that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can notify us by either sending an email to retur@retroshirts.dk or using the standard cancellation form below.

    In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, as well as whether you wish to return all or part of your purchase.

    Return of the item and payment of return costs
    Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send or deliver the item to:

    The return of the item must take place without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return the item.

    Retroshirts.dk ApS pays the costs in connection with your return.

    Refund of the purchase price in case of cancellation

    If you regret your entire purchase, we will refund you the full purchase price including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

    • If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost.

    We will refund the purchase price without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. The repayment will take place with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly accepted another form of repayment. Repayment is always free of charge for you.

    However, we have the right to withhold the purchase price until we have received the goods back, or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been sent or delivered back to us.

    Packaging and condition of the item upon return
    When you return an item to us, you must return it in the original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging to check or test the product, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, this is a reduction in value, which may result in us deducting an amount from the purchase price corresponding to the reduction in value, before refunding the purchase price.

    As regards the product itself, you are only liable for any deterioration of the product's value if you have used the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check the condition of the product or its properties.

    It is your own responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged when you send it back. You bear the risk for the goods yourself until we have received them.

     

    1. COMPLAINT

    As a customer, according to the Sales Act, you have a 2-year right to complain if the product has a defect. This means that you basically have the right to have the item repaired or exchanged. If the repair cannot be done within a reasonable time, depending on the circumstances, you can instead get a discount on the price or get the purchase price back.


    How do I advertise?
    If you wish to complain about a defect, you must send an email to our customer service at kundeservice@retroshirts.dk within a reasonable time. We recommend that you report to us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

    Please send us a picture of the product together with the description of the error.

    If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so that you can return the product at no cost to you.

    When returning the item, please ensure that the item is properly packaged and ensure that you receive a receipt so that we can refund your reasonable shipping costs.

    If you wish to complain about a purchase from our webshop, you must first send an email to our customer service at kundeservice@retroshirts.dk

    If we do not succeed in finding a solution together, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

    The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are lodged here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr . When submitting a complaint, you must indicate our e-mail address klage@retroshirts.dk.
